JustWalk Enterprises, LLC is a professional property management company serving the St. Louis Metropolitan area with a strong commitment to transparency, compliance, and community-centered housing support. Founded on July 29, 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, the company was created with a mission to help house underserved individuals and families who may not have secured stable housing without the support of coordinated entry systems, case managers, shelters, and local service organizations. From its founding, JustWalk Enterprises has remained dedicated to expanding safe and stable housing opportunities throughout the region.
Full-Service Property Management
JustWalk Enterprises provides property owners with complete management services, including rent collection, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, lease enforcement, and organized financial reporting. Their operations prioritize accuracy, transparency, and dependable service, giving owners full real-time visibility into property performance through professional management software.
Inspection Coordination & Regulatory Compliance
The company coordinates all required property inspections with the St. Louis Housing Authorities, as well as City and County Building Divisions. Their team handles scheduling, preparation, attendance, and follow-up to ensure properties meet required standards and remain in full compliance with municipal and housing authority regulations.
Collaboration With Community Support Agencies
JustWalk Enterprises works closely with respected agencies such as Doorways, Mission: STL, Places for People, and is a committed member of the St. Louis City Continuum of Care. Through these partnerships, the company helps tenants access supportive services, stabilize long-term housing, and successfully transition from shelters or temporary programs into permanent residences.
Partnership With Missouri Department of Corrections & Sexual Offender Registry Compliance
For properties approved for registered individuals, JustWalk Enterprises maintains strict compliance protocols. They work directly with the Missouri Department of Corrections and the Sexual Offender Registry Unit to provide accurate and timely records of registered tenants, ensuring all reporting requirements are met while maintaining community and regulatory accountability.
