Thank you for choosing JustWalk Enterprises, LLC ("we,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions explain what you can expect from us and what we ask of you when booking our services.
By scheduling a service, you agree to these Terms.
JustWalk Enterprises, LLC provides property management services as described at the time of booking. All services depend on availability and confirmation by our team.
Your booking is not final until accepted by JustWalk Enterprises, LLC.. By booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to agree to these Terms.
We kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
If a cancellation is not made within this timeframe, or if you do not show up:
The scheduled service fee may be forfeited; and
Future booking privileges may be limited or denied.
This policy helps us respect everyone’s time and keep our schedule fair.
Payment details are provided during booking. Late or missing payments may result in service cancellation or booking restrictions.
We ask that you provide accurate information and act safely and respectfully during services. JustWalk Enterprises, LLC. reserves the right to discontinue services if safety or conduct concerns arise. We also ask that you check our Current Availability prior to scheduling a showing. NOTE: Bookings must be made 2 days in advance. We do not accept same day bookings for property showings.
Walking and physical activities involve some risk. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks to the extent allowed under Missouri law.
To the extent permitted by Missouri law, JustWalk Enterprises, LLC. is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages related to services provided.
You agree to protect and hold JustWalk Enterprises, LLC. harmless from claims arising from your actions or failure to follow these Terms.
Your personal and service-related information is treated as confidential and will not be shared except when required by law or necessary to provide services.
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as severe weather or emergencies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, and any disputes will be handled in Missouri courts.
These Terms represent the full agreement between you and JustWalk Enterprises, LLC.
